Facial Exercises

We all know that there are any number of creams and potions that promise to be the miracle cure to aged skin.

However there are a few simple (and free) steps that you can do to help fight the signs of premature aging. These simple exercises can also give your skin a more youthful looking, enhance your facial muscles, reduce wrinkles and improve your jaw line. Fight the signs of aging and develop a more youthful looking face with a simple exercise regime for your facial muscles that will reduce wrinkles, build a strong firm jaw line, and a taut, toned face.

Tone your lower and upper eyelids.

Simple place your index fingers on your eye brows and your thumb just under each eye. Close your eyes and count to 40. Place a slight pressure from your index feature. This should be repeated twice daily.

Stop your nose from dropping

As silly as it sounds, our nose grows throughout our life. The top will drop and widen. This simple exercise can prevent this

Twice a day you should place a finger on the top of the nose and press down. Hold for less than 5 seconds and release. Repeat this step a couple of times

There are plenty more you can do, but even these 2 steps will help improve the look of your face and help prevent some of the signs of ageing.
