Thigh Exercises
Most of us have at least 1 part of our body we are unhappy with and want to improve. Whatever part of your body it is that you don’t like, you can usually do some exercises to help.
Lots of us are unhappy with the size and over all look of our thighs.
There are 2 simple steps you can take to improve this.
Step 1
With your feet apart stand up straight. Bend downwards from your waist and use your right hand to stretch down and try to reach your left ankle. Hold this for just a few moments and come back to your original standing position. Repeat this for your left hand and right again. Alternative side and repeat this around 10-15 times.
Step 2
With your feet apart, stand with your hands resting on your thigh. Bend your knees, with your hands sliding down your thighs, keeping your back straight. Stretch down as near to your knee as you can get. Hold for a few moments and slowly go back to your original stance. Repeat around 15 times.
If you do these steps regularly you will soon be on your way to thighs you can be proud of!
